The opening fight set the tone for the evening, with both combatants throwing heavy leather right from the bell. The first two rounds consisted of both fighters trading off combinations and both fighters scoring with punches, kicks, and knees alike. The third round proved consequential to the judges as JOHNSON seemed to hold the momentum peppering SEBECK with an almost constant barrage of knees from the clinch. Both men fought extremely hard and represented CFC as well, but the judges gave the final unanimous decision to JOHNSON.

FIGHT #2 Duane SHARP (CFC) vs. Pancho NUNEZ (Southside Shidokan) 1-6min rd Sport Jiu jitsu
These two grapplers sized each other up from the beginning as they circled each other looking for the takedown. NUNEZ outweighed SHARP by 15 pounds, but SHARP looked for his opening and took NUNEZ down. Both grapplers jockeyed for position on the ground, with NUNEZ using his superior size and strength to his advantage. After much positioning, SHARP was finally able to take control and assume a dominant position, although there were no decisive submissions,SHARP pulled out in vicory by a sore of 6-0.

FIGHT #3 Jenna SILVA (CFC) vs. Lisa BRAVERMAN (Atlanta) 3-2min rds Muay Thai Kickboxing
"These girls came to fight!" was the sentiment that ran through the crowd from the moment of the first exchange. Both ladies were striking with speed and power that transcended their small statures. For two rounds these two warriors went back and forth scoring with hands, feet, and knees, neither one willing to give quarter. BRAVERMAN, an up and coming fighter from Atlanta, gave as good as she got to the local fighter SILVA. The third round proved decisive, with SILVA seeming to gain momentum, finally keeping BRAVERMAN on the defense. Even the judges found it hard to call this one, but SILVA prevailed winning by split decision.

FIGHT #4 Jermaine GIBSON (BTT) vs. Kwan HUANG (Newbreed) 1-6min rd Sport Jiu jitsu
From the bell these two seasoned grapplers went at it, trading takedown attempts until HUANG ended up controlling his opponent. Once the action went to the ground, there was the usual chess game between the two, but HUANG proved more skilled and submitted GIBSON with a picture perfect armbar just minutes into the round.

Winner: Newbreed's Kwan HUANG by Tapout due to armbar

FIGHT #5 Lukas GRABOWSKI (Hackney's) vs. Ahmad BALDE (POW) 3-2min rds International Rules Kickboxing
The giants of the evening, these two light heavyweights both topped out at well over 6 feet tall using their long limbs to devastating advantage. Both fghters traded heavy punches and low round kicks for all three rounds. GRABOWSKI seemed to dominate each round, however, outscoring the taller BALDE and controlling the pace of the fight. Th judges agreed, awarding the victory to GRABOWSKI in the unanimous decision

Winner: Hackney's Lukas GRABOWKI by Unanimous Decision

FIGHT #5 Gadas VYSNIAUSKAS(Hackney's) vs. Diego CORTES (CFC) 3-3min rds MMA
The first MMA bout of the evening was not disappointing, as bothe fighters came out swinging hard, wild punches. Seconds into the first round VYSNIAUSKAS caught CORTES with a vicious right hand perfectly on the chin, knocking him in mis air and sending him to the canvas

Winner: Hackney's Gadas VYSNIAUSKAS by KO

FIGHT #6 Marcus DEE(CFC) vs. Jimi MASSEY (World) 3-3min rds MMA
The final bout of the evening stayed consistent with the hard hitting precedent set from the beginning. Early on in the first round, DEE caught MASSEY with a stunning right hand that sent him sprawling to the the canvas. DEE then proceeded to rain down punches to MASSEY's unconscious face. Concerned with the fighters saftey, referee Richard TRAMMELL stopped the fight prematurely, and gave MASSEY a standing eight count, which is unheard of in MMA. However MASSEY regained his composure and continued to fight. MASSEY dominated the second round, mounting DEE and raining blows down on his head and face. MASSEY then gained superior position and submitted DEE with a rear naked choke.
